A quick note on scheduling: Because I'm a single volunteer serving many people, I keep a simple policy: if you're more than 15 minutes late without letting me know, I may need to use that time for someone else waiting for help, and we'll find another day. I completely understand that life happens — a quick text or email if you're running behind goes a long way. Thanks for helping me help as many people as I can.
